The balance of the
rent/security deposit is due prior to check in,
including a 9% San Luis Obispo County Occupancy
Tax. This may be paid by credit card, personal
check, cashier check, money order, or cash. Please
note the 9% Occupancy Tax must be charged for all
tenancies less than 30 days. Also note that the 9%
tax and security deposit are not included in our
rate quotes. Pets are $15 per pet/day. Horses are
corralled for $15 each/day and boarded for $20/day.
Any miscellaneous charges during your rental stay
will be paid at the time of check
out.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT/RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Your credit card will
provide the necessary security deposit to cover any
damages, stolen items, extra cleaning, or unpaid
rental fees that occur /incur to the Dancing Horse
Ranch & Retreat (DHR&R). DHR&R is not
responsible for any damages, stolen items, personal
accidents, etc. that might occur to you or your
belongings while you are a guest at the Ranch &
Retreat.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
If you cancel for any reason
at least 30 days in advance of your arrival, your
rental payment will be refunded in full minus a $35
cancellation fee which will be charged to your
credit card. However, please note that your 50%
reservation payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if you
cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival
date. In this event, you will given the option of
re-booking comparable lodging within 12 months from
the date of cancellation (subject to availability).
If you must cancel your stay after check-in, your
rental amount WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, but you will be
given the option of re-booking comparable lodging
for the days you have not used within 12 months of
the date of cancellation (subject to
availability).
NOTE:
DHR&R reserves the right to cancel your
reservation any time due to unforeseen
circumstances or "acts of God." Your stay at the
DHR&R may also be terminated due to
inappropriate or unlawful behavior which violates
California Law and/or the protocols established by
The Management.
